Untouched Blooms is a Black-owned, woman-led accessory brand that transforms everyday essentials into moments of intentional beauty. Handmade by a father-daughter duo, each floral grip is crafted with heart — and our job was to reflect that authenticity while boosting conversions. Out Brand Them was brought in to elevate the brand’s digital presence with a full Shopify redesign, foundational Klaviyo email flows, and conversion-optimized storytelling. The goal: retain the brand’s warmth and heart, while building a site that could scale.

Untouched Blooms came to us with a vibrant story and viral product—but their website didn’t reflect either. Their conversion rate was stalling, the brand visuals lacked cohesion, and their tech setup made scaling nearly impossible. They needed a storefront that would match their community-driven mission, showcase product functionality, and support their upcoming collection launch—without losing the handcrafted feel at the heart of their business.

We led a full Shopify redesign using the Palo Alto theme, balancing storytelling with strategy. From custom font integration and dynamic page layouts to intuitive navigation and a brand-new email marketing flow, every detail was intentional. We preserved their founder story, integrated UGC, and developed a flexible structure for future launches. The result? A site that feels handmade, looks premium, and converts like a dream.
